1. Light dressing with walnuts and garlic

50 g of olive oil

2 tbsp chopped walnuts

1-2 tsp lemon juice

2-3 cloves of garlic

2. Cucumber dressing

150 grams of natural yogurt

1 fresh cucumber

fresh herbs - dill, parsley, basil, green onion

2 tbsp. l. olive oil

salt, pepper to taste

Grate cucumber on a fine grater, chop greens finely, add salt, pepper and olive oil. It is a very light dressing with fresh taste. Suitable not only for salads, but also as a sauce for fish or vegetables.

3. Citrus dressing

50-100 g of olive oil

2 tablespoons ginger, ground

2 tsp lemon peel (1 tsp juice)

1 tbsp mustard dijon (or regular)

2 tablespoons honey

The dressing has a very fresh citrus flavor. It goes well with salads, which contain fruits. And it is also of a beautiful sunny color.

4. Dressing with avocado and basil

1 ripe avocado

4-5 leaves of basil (green)

1 clove of garlic

2 tbsp of lemon juice

salt

1/2 cup water

Put all the ingredients in a blender and grind. The amount of water can be slightly increased for a more liquid consistency.

The sauce has a creamy texture and is suitable for any salads. Even for Russian potato salad Olivie.

5. Lemon dressing with cashews

1 tbsp cashew (raw)

1 tsp dry garlic

1 tbsp lemon juice

¼ cup water

parsley, green onions (can be replaced with any dried herbs)

0.5-1 tbsp sour cream or non-acid yoghurt

salt, pepper

Dunk cashews in the water for half an hour or more. Smooth it finely in a blender. Add remaining ingredients and whip. This is one of the variations of the Ranch sauce. It can be used as a dressing sauce for vegetables.
